When is the Show?

• The first annual PCX Austin is August 15-16, 2026! 

What are the show hours?

• General Admission: Saturday 10am-7pm, Sunday 10am-5pm
• VIP Admission: Saturday 9:30am-7pm, Sunday 9:30am-5pm

Are tickets on sale at the door?

• We cannot guarantee that tickets will be available at the door, but if we’re close to selling out, we will make announcements on social media and post it to our site.  At the door prices are reflected on the ticketing page

Do Kids get in free?

• Children 5 & under can get in for free all weekend!  Children 6-12 are subject to children pricing and ages 13 and up are subject to adult pricing.  All children must be accompanied by an adult all weekend . We know you know this, but we still have to say it. 

I bought a ticket for a friend/family member. Will they have a problem using the ticket?

• Not at all! We will only ask for ID if there has been a specific issue regarding an order.

What is your refund policy?

• Admission tickets to PCX Austin are non-refundable or non-transferable to future shows.  In the case of a Guest Cancellation, we will refund any Photo Op and/or Autograph.
