PCX Austin is built with community at its core. Our first-year show is all about creating a curated, fan-forward experience that supports artists, vendors, and creators of all sizes. Whether you’re a seasoned exhibitor or new to the con floor, we’re excited to build something special together in the heart of Austin.
VENDOR BOOTHS
Vendor booths are intended for businesses or individuals selling commercially produced merchandise, including but not limited to: Mass produced or manufactured items, resale merchandise, Licensed or branded products. Artists and Creators are also eligible to purchase vendor booths.

Texas Sales & Use Tax Permit Requirement
Vendors selling taxable goods or services at PCX Austin must have a valid Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit issued by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.
Don’t have a Texas Sales & Use Tax Permit?
You can still apply just enter “N/A” for now and we’ll hold your space for a limited time while you obtain your permit

ARTIST ALLEY TABLES
Artist Alley tables are reserved for independent creators selling their own original work, including: original art, prints and illustrations; handmade items such as jewelry or crafts; self-published books or comics; and small-scale, creator-owned merchandise. Artists must be present at their table during the event—no exceptions. Artist Alley is limited to one creator per table and may not be used for resale or mass-produced merchandise.

PCX Austin reserves the right to determine the appropriate booth or table type based on the products being sold and the overall balance of the exhibitor floor. Applications submitted incorrectly may be adjusted or declined.
