Competitors must be 13 years of age or older
All competitors must register in advance
Entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled
Valid event admission is required to compete
Competitors must check in by the assigned deadline (to be announced)
Costumes may be handmade, modified, or creatively assembled
Competitors must be able to safely move in costume
Stage presentations must remain family-friendly
No dangerous, disruptive, or offensive costumes permitted
No fire, smoke, liquids, pyrotechnics, glitter, or confetti permitted
Props and weapons must comply with the PCX Austin Cosplay Weapons Policy
Failure to follow event or safety policies may result in disqualification
Judges’ decisions are final
