PCX Crew is the team that powers PCX Austin from the inside out, supporting event staff across all areas of show operations. From registration and line management to panel support, exhibitor assistance, and show floor operations, the Crew helps create the energy, organization, and momentum that make the entire event run smoothly.

We’re looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, take initiative, and enjoy being part of something big. You’ll be on your feet, solving problems, helping fans, and working alongside a driven team to deliver an unforgettable weekend of pop culture.

As part of our inaugural year, PCX Crew members will play a big role in launching Austin’s newest pop culture event. If you’re dependable, professional, and excited to help build something from the ground up, we want you on the PCX Crew!

Accepted PCX Crew members will receive:

• Minimum wage for hours worked
• Complimentary admission to the event on a day you are not scheduled to work so you can enjoy all the show has to offer! 
• Behind-the-scenes access to the production and operations of PCX Austin
• The chance to be part of launching Austin’s newest pop culture event!
